Substitutions

We reserve the right to
update model designs, or substitute models or colors whenever these
changes represent an equal or better value for our customers. Items
illustrated are actual photos of the products available at the time of
printing and are directly from our Full Color Catalog. An updated version
may be substituted at a later date. Products depicted on packaging may
vary slightly from the actual product because of this updating, or because
the manufacturer packages several models of a product in one style box.
Many items are handmade and therefore may be similar but not exactly as
pictured. Size information is located in the product description. Although
SNEDCO's Tech. staff works diligently to ensure the accuracy of copy
descriptions and prices, we reserve the right to correct typographical or
programming errors.
- *Replacement is subject
to item availability. If exact replacement is not available,
replacement will be a comparable item of at least equal value if not
higher.

Chargebacks
and NSF's
|
A chargeback is a refund that is forced by a cardholder's credit card
company or bank. A chargeback is the direct result of a cardholder
reporting a problem to their credit card company or bank. If customer
disputes justified charges without consulting SNEDCO Wholesale to resolve
the dispute, SNEDCO Wholesale has the right to charge the customer a
$75.00 administration fee and immediately suspend customers buying
privileges. In addition, SNEDCO
Wholesale charges a $25.00 fee for all NSF items that are returned to the
company. In compliance with the Collections Department SNEDCO Wholesale
also charges $10.00 per paper invoice that may be requested by the
customer and/or outside Collections Agency or Legal Representative.
